Do you have a minimum order?

We have no minimum order restrictions other than purchase in packs.


Does your label sizes standard?

Our label size is designed to follow standard Australian women’s sizes, some styles may vary from these measurements but you can still use the size chart as a guide.

What courier services you worked with?

We ship Australia wide order via TNT Express or Australia Post Express. All our courier services require a signature on delivery.

If you have any delivery instruction or advise authority to leave the parcel, please notify us when placing your order as re-delivery or modify shipping address will incur an additional charge that the customer will need to cover.

Please Note: If your delivery address is a Residential Address, there will have an additional charge that the customer will need to cover. Residential Address ATL only as redelivery will incur a re-delivery fee.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We offer same day dispatch and it only valid for payment made before 2pm AEST on weekdays.

Your order would be delivered within 1-2 business days in metro areas. Regional or areas outside of express network would be taken between 3 to 5 business days.

Can I pick up my order by myself?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our Sydney showroom.

Once your order is ready to pick up, we will send you a notification via text or email.


What is your return policy?

Please check your goods thoroughly once you receive your stock, as we will not accept any faulty items after 14 days from when you received the Goods.

The faulty items will be replaced with the same item if they are deemed a manufacturing fault, if the fault is considered to have been damaged under the customer’s care, then MUTIG Fashion reserves the right to refuse the faulty item.

In the event we are unable to replace the item due to no stock available, we will issue a credit note instead at the same value cost price as when it was purchased.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom based in Sydney that are ready to welcome you. Our showroom opens on Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
