This website is operated by MUTIG Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MUTIG Pty Ltd (t/a Mutig Fashion), ABN 90 658 774 077.

MUTIG Pty Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all customers of the site. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with us. By placing an order or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

MUTIG Pty Ltd reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.

 

Products 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.  All descriptions of products and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

Payment

  • All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
  • We accept payment via credit card or direct bank transfer. Credit card payments are subject to a 1.5% surcharge.
  • We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue payments at the rate of 2% per month.
  • Minimum Order – We have no minimum order restrictions other than purchasing in packs.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All orders will be dispatched on same day within Australia if your order payment is made before 2pm (AEST) on Monday to Friday. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to international orders.
  • We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods that occur during shipping. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

 

Return

Once you receive the Goods, we advise you to thoroughly check over the stock first, as we will not accept any faulty items after 14 days from when you received the Goods.

The faulty items will be replaced with the same item if they are deemed a manufacturing fault, if the fault is considered to have been damaged under the customer’s care, then MUTIG Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse the faulty item.

In the event we are unable to replace the item due to no stock available, we will issue a credit note instead at the same value cost price as when it was purchased.

To return faulty items, it is essential that you follow these instructions:

  • Email us at sales1@mutigfashion.com notifying us that you would like to return the Goods, specifying exactly what Goods (style number, colour and size) and when they were purchased or what the invoice number is, and giving full details of the defect or fault, including images of the fault.
  • Once we have reviewed the email, we will inform you of the address to return to if the faulty items have been approved. Please note, on full price items you must include the tax receipt of the postage in your return parcel in order for this to be credited on your account, otherwise it will not be issued. For sale items there are strictly no returns or exchanges. If the sale item is faulty, then we will replace it for you but the postage back to us is at the customer’s expense.
  • Please also include returns note in the parcel detailing your shop name and address, the invoice number of the purchase and faulty item details otherwise we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to confirm your return.
  • The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect or fault is discovered. Goods should be returned with all packaging as far as possible in their original condition, securely wrapped, with original swing tags and labels attached.

We do not accept exchanges and /or change of mind.

We cannot cancel your order once it has been processed. If you would like to adjust your order, please contact sales1@mutigfashion.com right away and we’ll be able to check if your order has left our warehouse.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing shall be construed as removing, restricting, or modifying the consumer guarantees provided for in consumer protection legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

 

Exclusivity Policy

The exclusivity policy at MUTIG Pty Ltd is that we will limit the number of stockists per area per season. We do not offer label exclusivity unless you meet our minimum purchase requirement with us fortnightly. This policy is in place because we have high volume of stocks and new arrivals weekly and have to apply it to maintaining our business operations.

Once we offer the label exclusivity to a stockist, our system will keep recording of their account, when the purchase couldn’t meet our requirement, then label exclusivity will automatically expire. By ordering from us, you acknowledge that we may supply to other shops in same area and change of mind purchases are not accepted.

 

Pre-Order

All pre-order style’s delivery time are estimated depending on the third-party courier companies’ timeframe, it may take shorter or longer than that, therefore MUTIG cannot guarantee the arrival date is the same as the description.

 

General Conditions

This website is intended for registered businesses only. By accessing this website, you warrant that you are a registered business or an authorized representative of a registered business.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
