We understand that sometimes your purchases didn’t work out. In order to be eligible for a return, please read carefully prior to sending back to us.
Items must be returned back to us within 14 days from the day of receiving the parcel. The store credit note valid for 12 months will be offered on the eligible returns. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by MUTIG return team.
Please note, We ONLY accept returns for store credit and do not accept exchanges and issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Returns must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from your delivery date.
- Returns must be in the original condition with original tags that you receive it and undamaged in any way (unworn/unwashed/unstained/unperfumed).
- Returns must be shipped with all packaging (including garment bags)
- Returns must not be purchased on promotion or sale.
- Returns must not be purchased by using the store credit.
If any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. If the items returned to MUTIG without approval will be returned at the customers’ expense.
When you ensure the conditions of return listed above have been met, returning your items online is super easy. Just follow our steps below:
- Submit your return here
- You will receive an email notification with the Return Address for your parcel.
- Download and complete your Return Form by click here
- Enclose the completed return form in a satchel with your item
- Post your return satchel back to the address provided in the email.
MUTIG does not cover the cost of returns. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our team.
Please note, MUTIG is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please follow our return guide and keep the record of your tracking number.

If you need size, color or style replacement, you will need to place a new order with your credit note offered. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size, color or style will be in stock.
If you do not want to miss out on any of the sizes, colours or your favourite items during your credit return period, we strongly recommend you place a new order with us instead of waiting. As you can apply the store credit at any of your next orders.
Our store credit can be applied on all items of MUTIG storewide with valid for 12 months. Please note that the store credit can only be used on your personal account and it cannot be transferred to others.
If you couldn’t find your store credit email once we already notified you, please check it through your Junk Inbox or contact us directly by email@example.com.
If your original purchase order without a free shipping offer and you paid for shipping, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when you make a return. If your return item does not meet the requirements it will be sent back to you with additional return cost.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received your order items with manufacturing damage or the item is not what you ordered, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending it back to us. Our customer service staff will contact you ASAP and go through the details with you, we will treat this issue with the highest of priority. To assist us processing the return, we may ask you to provide us the photo with faulty details as evidence.
If you purchased a pre-order style, we will ship it to you once the stock arrive to our warehouse. The shipment estimated date will show on the product page. Please note the date is subject to change if the stock delivery is delayed by our supplier or by courier delays. Please be aware of this before to placing an order on a pre-order style.
If you order other styles along with a pre-order item, this will delay your entire order as we will ship your order altogether. Please place your pre-order item separate to avoid any delays in non-preorder items. Then we will ship all in stock items straight away and ship the pre-order styles once it in stock. All standard return policies apply for pre-orders. Should you change your mind on a pre-order item prior to shipment, you will be issued with a store credit.
Afterpay order are eligible for a return with store credit less any shipping costs paid at the time of Checkout. We currently offer the Afterpay service to our Australian customers only.
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
