By accessing or using this website, applying for a wholesale account, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other policies referred to on this website.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.
Wholesale Accounts
MUTIG is a wholesale-only fashion label supplying approved businesses and stockists.
Access to wholesale products, pricing and ordering is available only to approved wholesale accounts. Submission of a wholesale application does not guarantee approval, and MUTIG reserves the right to approve, decline or review wholesale accounts at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in your wholesale application and account is accurate and up to date.
Wholesale account access is intended for the approved business and its authorised representatives only.
Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Minor variations may also occur between production batches.
Product availability, specifications, colours and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Pricing & GST
All prices displayed on our wholesale website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
GST will be applied where required by Australian law and shown at checkout or on the applicable invoice.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price confirmed at the time the order is placed.
Minimum Order & Pack Quantities
MUTIG does not have a minimum order value.
Products are sold in designated wholesale packs, with Half Pack and Full Pack options available depending on the style.
Pack configurations and availability may vary between products and will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless alternative payment terms have been agreed with MUTIG in writing.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout or specified on your invoice.
Where a payment processing surcharge applies, this will be disclosed before payment is completed.
MUTIG reserves the right to hold or cancel an order where payment has not been received or where payment cannot be successfully processed.
Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, stock availability may occasionally change due to the timing of orders, inventory adjustments or other circumstances.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and may offer a replacement, store credit, refund or other appropriate solution.
Shipping & Delivery
MUTIG ships Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and/or volume of the shipment and the delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Orders placed and paid by credit card before 12pm AEST on business days are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed or paid after this time will generally be dispatched on the next business day, subject to stock availability.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Metro areas: 1–2 business days
Regional areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier networks, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside MUTIG's reasonable control may occur.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Authority to Leave & Delivery Instructions
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) to help avoid re-delivery fees.
Please ensure that a safe and accessible delivery location is provided when placing your order.
If you contact the courier directly to change the delivery address or make alternative delivery arrangements after dispatch, any additional charges incurred may be passed on to you.
MUTIG is not responsible for parcels lost or misdelivered as a result of incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
If a parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry with the relevant courier.
Returns & Faulty Goods
MUTIG does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We recommend checking all goods carefully upon delivery. If you believe an item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To make a faulty item claim, please email sales1@mutigfashion.com and provide your order or invoice number, style code, colour and size, together with a description of the fault and clear photographs showing the issue.
All returns must be approved by MUTIG before goods are sent back.
Faulty items must be unworn, unwashed, free from odour, makeup and stains, and returned in their original condition with labels and swing tags attached where applicable.
MUTIG reserves the right to refuse a return where an item does not have a manufacturing fault or where the item has been worn, altered, incorrectly cared for or damaged after delivery.
Where appropriate, MUTIG may offer a repair, replacement or store credit for an approved faulty item.
For minor faults that can reasonably be repaired locally, MUTIG may approve an alteration credit instead of requiring the item to be returned. Any repair or alteration must be approved by us before being undertaken.
Where a suitable repair or replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Where a sale item has a confirmed manufacturing fault, please contact us and we will assess the matter in accordance with applicable law and our Returns Policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact sales1@mutigfashion.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist where the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-Orders
Products available for pre-order will include an estimated arrival or dispatch timeframe where available.
All pre-order dates are estimates only and may change due to production, freight, customs, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the estimated availability or delivery date is not guaranteed.
If there is a significant change to the expected availability of a pre-order, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.
Stockist & Exclusivity Policy
MUTIG aims to maintain an appropriate distribution of stockists within local areas to support our wholesale partners.
Approval of a wholesale account or acceptance of an order does not automatically provide exclusivity for a suburb, area or territory.
Any exclusivity arrangement must be expressly agreed by MUTIG in writing and may be subject to agreed purchasing requirements, territory, duration and other conditions.
MUTIG reserves the right to review or discontinue an exclusivity arrangement where the agreed conditions are no longer met.
Unless exclusivity has been expressly agreed in writing, MUTIG may supply other stockists within the same or surrounding areas.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, photography, text, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MUTIG unless otherwise stated.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell or otherwise use our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Approved MUTIG stockists may use product images supplied or made available by MUTIG for the purpose of promoting and selling genuine MUTIG products purchased from us, unless otherwise advised.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided on our website is accurate and current. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or make changes to website content, products, pricing and availability at any time.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service, decline an order, suspend or close a wholesale account where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms & Conditions have been breached or where we reasonably believe the website, account or Services are being misused.
You must not use our website or Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUTIG will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, delays outside our reasonable control, or the use or resale of our products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, policies or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on our website together with the date it was last updated.
Your continued use of our website or Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
